Real. The ministry will be humble, honest, and approachable.
“Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.” Romans 12:3
Relevant. To reach the largest audience, we must strive to find a common ground with all young adults.
“Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.” 1 Corinthians 9:22-23
Relational. All should feel a sense of belonging and compassion from the leadership and other members. Fellowship and friendship are second only to the message of the Gospel.
“So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11
